Streamer Rights and Code of Conduct
I. Streamer Rights
1. Revenue System Upgrade
Upon becoming a streamer, your earnings will be denominated in Diamonds:
- Revenue generated during active streamer status shall be settled in Diamonds
- Diamonds may be converted to Gold Coins at a specified ratio for direct use
- Diamonds may be converted to local currency through the withdrawal interface
- Diamond balance shall remain unaffected by guild membership status
2. Data Access Privileges
Streamers are granted exclusive access to performance analytics, including:
- Detailed revenue statements and statistical reports
- Video streaming and voice room participation records and statistics
3. Guild Resource Coordination
- The Platform shall recommend qualified guilds to facilitate streamer development
- Streamers may independently select and join guilds at their discretion
- Guild membership shall not affect routine platform activities
II. Streamer Admission Requirements
1. Real-Name Verification
- Video Streaming: Facial recognition identity verification required
- Voice Streaming: Mobile number identity verification required
- Corresponding features shall be restricted pending completion of required verification
2. Account Ownership
Streamer accounts and broadcast rooms are the property of the Platform. Streamers are granted limited usage rights only and shall not transfer, lend, lease, or otherwise provide accounts to third parties.
III. Streamer Code of Conduct
1. Content Safety Standards
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Distribution of obscene, pornographic, violent, terrorist, or gambling-related content
- Sexually suggestive language, text, or performances
- Impersonation of Platform officials for fraudulent purposes
- Misrepresentation of age (minors are prohibited from becoming streamers)
2. Integrity in Operations
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Directing users to third-party off-platform transactions
- Use of non-personal identity information for verification
- Inducing user consumption through false promises or misrepresentation
- Traffic or data manipulation
- Account proxy streaming or proxy chatting
3. User Rights Protection
- Guide users toward civilized interaction, rational expression, and responsible consumption
- Maintain professional on-screen presence consistent with public aesthetic standards
- Respect the lawful rights of individuals and entities, and comply with intellectual property regulations
4. Tax Compliance Obligations
Streamers shall accurately report income and fulfill tax obligations in accordance with applicable laws.
IV. Violation Handling Procedures
For confirmed violations, the Platform reserves the right to implement:
- Warning notifications, traffic restrictions, or broadcast termination
- Restriction or prohibition from Platform activities
- Temporary or permanent suspension of streaming privileges and account access
- Blacklisting, prohibiting re-registration or Platform re-entry
For acts constituting criminal offenses, the Platform shall cooperate with authorities to pursue criminal liability.
Acceptance of these Terms constitutes full understanding and agreement to comply with the above rights provisions and conduct standards, contributing to the maintenance of a healthy and orderly live streaming ecosystem.
These regulations are established in accordance with local laws and industry self-discipline requirements.
