CHACHA is a global voice-chat and social gaming platform where users can participate in voice rooms, interactive games, community activities, virtual gifting experiences, and social entertainment services.
Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all users.
These Community Guidelines apply to: all users; room hosts; room administrators; moderators; game participants; creators; guild operators; virtual gift recipients.
These Guidelines form an integral part of the CHACHA Terms of Service. Violations may result in enforcement actions, including warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, permanent account termination, device bans, or referral to law enforcement authorities.
CHACHA is intended only for users who are: at least eighteen (18) years old; or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
Users may not: create accounts for minors; allow minors to access their accounts; permit minors to participate in voice rooms; permit minors to host or moderate rooms.
CHACHA may require age verification at any time.
Room Hosts and Administrators are responsible for maintaining a safe environment within their rooms.
Hosts must: actively moderate room activities; remove disruptive participants; enforce CHACHA policies; respond to safety concerns; cooperate with platform investigations.
Hosts may not: encourage violations; organize abusive behavior; facilitate fraud; permit prohibited content.
Repeated failure to manage rooms appropriately may result in removal of hosting privileges.
Users must communicate respectfully.
The following conduct is prohibited: harassment; bullying; intimidation; stalking; repeated unwanted contact; threats; verbal abuse; humiliation campaigns; discriminatory language.
This rule applies to: voice communications; text messages; room titles; usernames; profile content; game chat.
Users may not attack, insult, exclude, threaten, or demean individuals or groups based on: race; ethnicity; nationality; religion; disability; age; gender; sexual orientation; gender identity; immigration status.
Zero tolerance applies to: hate organizations; extremist ideologies; racial slurs; calls for violence.
CHACHA does not permit: pornography; explicit sexual discussions; sexual roleplay; escort services; prostitution; sexual solicitation; fetish content; incest content; non-consensual sexual content.
Users may not use voice rooms to: solicit sexual activity; exchange sexual services; arrange commercial sexual encounters.
CHACHA may permit users to participate in real-time video interactions within voice rooms and other features. Users who enable video functionality must comply with all Community Guidelines.
The following conduct is prohibited: nudity; sexually explicit conduct; pornographic content; sexual solicitation; indecent exposure; violent content; self-harm content; illegal activities; harassment through video; unauthorized filming of others.
Users may not use video features to: stream copyrighted content; display third-party media without authorization; conduct commercial broadcasts without authorization; circumvent platform moderation measures.
CHACHA maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child exploitation.
Prohibited conduct includes:
Accounts involved in such conduct will be permanently banned and may be reported to law enforcement.
Users may not engage in: romance scams; investment scams; cryptocurrency fraud; impersonation scams; fake giveaways; pyramid schemes; phishing; payment fraud; social engineering. Users may not solicit money through deception.
Users may not: exchange gifts for cash outside approved channels; conduct private gift-buyback arrangements; engage in money laundering; use stolen payment methods; perform chargeback fraud; offer unauthorized recharge services.
CHACHA may confiscate virtual items associated with fraudulent activity.
Users participating in games must compete fairly.
Prohibited activities include:
CHACHA may reset rankings and revoke rewards obtained through unfair means.
Users may not disclose: home addresses; identity documents; banking information; payment details; phone numbers; private communications; confidential information.
Doxxing is strictly prohibited.
Users may not use CHACHA to promote, sell, purchase, or facilitate: illegal drugs; weapons; counterfeit goods; stolen property; forged documents; hacking services; malware; human trafficking.
Users may not: threaten violence; glorify violence; encourage self-harm; organize violent activities; promote dangerous challenges.
CHACHA may remove content even where no actual violence occurred.
Users may not use: AI-generated voices; voice cloning technologies; deepfake technologies; synthetic identities to: impersonate another person; deceive users; commit fraud; evade moderation.
CHACHA may label, restrict, or remove AI-generated content.
Users may not: reverse engineer the Service; bypass security controls; scrape data; use automated bots; distribute malware; interfere with platform operations.
Users are encouraged to report: harassment; scams; child safety concerns; hate speech; fraud; policy violations.
False or malicious reports may themselves result in enforcement action.
CHACHA applies a risk-based and graduated enforcement framework designed to protect user safety, platform integrity, and compliance with applicable laws. Depending on the nature, severity, frequency, and impact of a violation, CHACHA may take one or more of the following actions:
Level 1 Educational Measures: Educational Warning; Policy Reminder; User Guidance.
Level 2 Content and Feature Restrictions: Content Removal; Room Closure; Chat Restriction; Temporary Removal of Specific Content; Removal of Violative Video, Audio, or Other User Content.
Level 3 Account and Functionality Restrictions: Temporary Suspension; Hosting Restriction; Gift Restriction; Video Feature Restriction; Camera Access Restriction; Termination of Active Video Sessions; Temporary Limitation of Certain Platform Features.
Level 4 Permanent Enforcement Actions: Permanent Account Suspension; Device Ban; Payment Restriction; Permanent Revocation of Hosting Privileges; Permanent Revocation of Video Communication Privileges.
Level 5 Legal and Regulatory Actions: Preservation of Evidence; Referral to Law Enforcement Authorities; Cooperation with Regulatory Authorities; Legal Action Where Appropriate.
CHACHA may determine the appropriate enforcement measure at its sole discretion based on factors including: the severity of the violation; actual or potential harm to users; intent and circumstances; repeated or coordinated misconduct; platform safety risks; applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
For serious violations involving child exploitation, terrorism, violent extremism, severe fraud, threats of violence, non-consensual sexual content, significant security threats, or other criminal activities, CHACHA may immediately impose permanent enforcement measures without prior warning and may skip any intermediate enforcement steps.
Nothing in these Guidelines limits CHACHA's right to disable specific features, remove content, terminate rooms or video sessions, restrict access to platform functionality, or take any other action reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or the public interest.
Users may submit appeals through CHACHA support channels. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of an enforcement decision.
Users must comply with: applicable local laws; sanctions regulations; export control laws; anti-money laundering requirements.
CHACHA may restrict access in certain jurisdictions where required by law.
CHACHA may update these Guidelines periodically. Continued use of the Service following publication of revised Guidelines constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
